Remaining Principal Amount definition

Remaining Principal Amount means the difference between the Principal Amount and the sum of the ROC Payments paid during the term of the Note Securities.
Remaining Principal Amount with respect to a Note shall mean the Initial Principal Amount of such Note less any principal amounts of such Note redeemed pursuant to Article Twelve and less any amortization payments paid on such Note.
Remaining Principal Amount means the portion of the Principal Amount that has not been called for repayment by the Bank on a Call Date.

More Definitions of Remaining Principal Amount

Remaining Principal Amount when used with respect to any Note, means the sum of the remaining principal payments with regard to such Note.
