Renewal Lease Term definition

Renewal Lease Term means any Wintergreen Renewal Lease Term or any FMV Renewal Lease Term.
Renewal Lease Term means each two year term for which the Lease is extended by Lessee, if any, pursuant to the first or second such extensions in accordance with Section 17 of the Lease.
Renewal Lease Term with respect to the Facility Lease, shall mean the First Renewal Lease Term, the Second Renewal Term, any FMV Renewal Lease Term or the Lessor Put Renewal Term. "RENEWAL SITE LEASE TERM(S)" individually or collectively as the context shall require, with respect to the Facility Site Lease, shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) of the Facility Site Lease.

  • All terms and conditions of this Agreement during the then Base Lease Term (or Renewal Lease Term, as the case may be) shall remain in full force and effect during any Operational Extension, unless Lessor and Lessee expressly agree otherwise in writing.

More Definitions of Renewal Lease Term

Renewal Lease Term means, collectively, the Fixed Renewal Lease Terms and the Subsequent Renewal Lease Terms, in each case, if any.
