Rental Contracts definition

Rental Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.
Rental Contracts means a rental purchase contract, originated by Company or a Subsidiary of the Company and a related Obligor for the rental of goods, whether such contract is now existing or hereafter arising, and which Rental Contract provides by its terms that if the Obligor continuously renews such contract for a set period (set forth in each such contract), or if the Obligor exercises a specified early purchase option, the title to such rental goods will be transferred to the Obligor at the end of such period, or upon exercise of such purchase option.
