Reorganization Case definition

Reorganization Case means: (a) when used with reference to a particular Debtor, the chapter 11 case pending for that Debtor in the Bankruptcy Court; and (b) when used with reference to all Debtors, the chapter 11 cases pending for the Debtors in the Bankruptcy Court.
Reorganization Case means, collectively, the Debtors' cases under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Reorganization Case has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Reorganization Case means, collectively, the Debtors' cases under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code that were commenced on the Petition Date.
