Replacement Goods definition

Replacement Goods means any goods which are substantially similar to any of the Goods and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Goods following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those goods are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;
Replacement Goods means any goods which are substantially similar to any of the Goods and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Goods following the Contract Expiry Date, whether those goods are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;
Replacement Goods has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(g).

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of the Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement).

  • Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Goods and/or Services appointed by or at the direction of the Authority from time to time;

  • Benchmark Replacement means, for any Available Tenor, the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Administrative Agent for the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date:
