RESIDENCE SERVICES LEAD (RSL)The Residence Services Lead is responsible for complimenting the Residence’s cross-functional operation and may be delegated supervisory responsibilities.
The Landlord will assign rooms in accordance with the current assignment practice set by Residence Services.
The RSL will primarily work out of Residence Services and Residence Life offices and will carry out tasks to help ensure that all daily procedures are performed.
Although the Department of Residence Services will make every effort to provide advance notice, any vacant space may be assigned to another individual selected by the Department of Residence Services without prior notification to you or any other student sharing the apartment.

Residents failing to arrive within 48 hours of the specified move-in date, without informing Residence Services of the delay, will lose their room assignment.
Any notice by the Resident to the Landlord shall be sufficiently given if delivered in writing to Residence Services, University of Alberta, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0, or to such other address as might be designated in writing by the Landlord from time to time.
You are responsible for the care of the assigned room, and every resident is expected to report any repair needed to the Department of Residence Services.
