Response Period definition

Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

Examples of Response Period in a sentence

  • If any Indemnitor fails to give a Claim Response within the Response Period, such Indemnitor shall be deemed not to dispute the claim described in the related Claim Notice.

  • For the purposes of calculating the Response Period, the day upon which notification was made by the Contest Sponsor shall not be counted as part of the Response Period.

  • If the Lender intends not to approve the Change Order or the Change Directive, the Lender will notify the Hospital within the Response Period and will set out its concerns in such notification.
