Returnable Packaging definition

Returnable Packaging means reusable pallets, bins, tanks, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), reusable plastic containers (RPCs) and other hand-held containers and totes, trays and dunnage packaging, items, equipment, or goods that Buyer or its Customer deems advisable or necessary for the transport of Parts.
Returnable Packaging means all containers and packaging, including casks, kegs, cylinders (but excluding CO2 and mixed gas bottles), pallets, locator boards, separators, crates, including any tracking and electronic data devices attached thereto, provided to the Customer by Molson Coors or otherwise as notified by Molson Coors to Customer from time to time;
Returnable Packaging means packaging which, after it has been emptied, is re-used for the same purpose;

Examples of Returnable Packaging in a sentence

  • Returnable Packaging in which and on which Goods are delivered, remain the property of Qenos (or may be in possession of Qenos under agreements with third parties) and must not be used for any other commodity than that contained at the time of delivery.

  • The Buyer shall compensate Qenos for the replacement cost of any Returnable Packaging that is not returned or for the repair cost of Returnable Packaging that is returned in poor order or condition.

  • The Buyer shall return all Returnable Packaging delivered by Qenos as soon as practicable after the Goods have been removed.

  • The Returnable Packaging must be empty, securely closed, in good repair and in clean external condition and must not contain any residues unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller.

  • All pallets, and any packaging marked as returnable, or as notified by the Seller as returnable, shall at all times remain the property of the Seller and shall be returnable by the Buyer in accordance with Condition 7.3 below ( Returnable Packaging).

  • Deposit for one (1) piece of Returnable Packaging is specified according to the current Company’s price list at the date of Customer’s order.

Returnable Packaging refers to certain containers and pallets used to hold Product and marked “Returnable to MBA”, that are provided by MBA (but not sold), for the purpose of delivering Product to the Customer and while it is stored at the Premises;
