Reverse Transition Services Agreement means the Reverse Transition Services Agreement, dated as of the Measurement Date, between CSL National and Windstream Services, as in effect on the Issue Date and as it may be amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to clause (iv) under Section 4.11(b) hereof.
