Reviewing Authority definition

Reviewing Authority means the Alberta Securities Commission.

Reviewing Authority has the meaning given thereto in Section 6 hereof;

Reviewing Authority means the department, or the Administrator in the case of EPA-implemented permit programs under 40 CFR 52.21.

More Definitions of Reviewing Authority

Reviewing Authority means the Ontario Securities Commission.
