Revolver Amount definition

Revolver Amount means a Tranche A Revolver Amount, Tranche B Revolver Amount, Tranche C Revolver Amount or Tranche D Revolver Amount, or any combination thereof (as the context requires).
Revolver Amount means the balance standing to the credit of the Revolver Account.
Revolver Amount means Cdn.$75,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement;

Examples of Revolver Amount in a sentence

  • In no event may the Revolver Commitments and the Maximum Revolver Amount be increased pursuant to this Section 2.14 on more than two occasions in the aggregate for all such Increases.

  • If, at any time, (A) the Revolver Usage on such date exceeds (B) the lesser of (x) the Borrowing Base reflected in the Borrowing Base Certificate most recently delivered by Borrowers to Agent, or (y) the Maximum Revolver Amount, in all cases as adjusted for Reserves established by Agent in accordance with Section 2.1(c), then Borrowers shall immediately prepay the Obligations in accordance with Section 2.4(f) in an aggregate amount equal to the amount of such excess.

  • In no event may the Revolver Commitments and the Maximum Revolver Amount be increased pursuant to this Section 2.14 on more than 2 occasions in the aggregate for all such Increases.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the aggregate amount of all Protective Advances outstanding at any one time shall not exceed 10% of the Maximum Revolver Amount.

  • The Total Facility shall be comprised of a revolving line of credit consisting of revolving loans and letters of credit up to the Maximum Revolver Amount, as described in Sections 2.2 and 2.4.

  • Maximum Revolver Amount means $100,000,000, decreased by the amount of reductions in the Revolver Commitments made in accordance with Section 2.4(c) of the Agreement.

  • Maximum Credit Amount means, as to each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Annex I under the caption “Maximum Credit Amounts”, as the same may be (a) reduced or terminated from time to time in connection with a reduction or termination of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts pursuant to Section 2.06(b) or (b) modified from time to time pursuant to any assignment permitted by Section 12.04(b).

  • Revolver Usage means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the amount of outstanding Advances, plus (b) the amount of the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • Maximum Revolving Amount At any date as of which same is to be determined, the amount by which (x) $3,500,000 exceeds (y) the sum of (i) all then undrawn amounts of letters of credit issued by the Bank for the account of the Borrower plus (ii) all amounts then drawn on any such letter of credit which at said date shall not have been reimbursed to the Bank by the Borrower.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.

  • Term Loan Amount means with respect to any Term Loan Lender, the amount equal to its Term Loan Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Term Loan.

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount is $300,000,000.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Amount means with respect to any Revolving Credit Lender, (i) if the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment has not been terminated, the amount specified opposite such Revolving Credit Lender’s name in the column entitled “Revolving Credit Commitment Amount” on Schedule 1.2, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof; and (ii) if the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment has been terminated (whether by maturity, acceleration or otherwise), the amount equal to its Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Revolving Credit (including the outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations and any outstanding Swing Line Advances).

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.

  • Revolving Credit Committed Amount has the meaning described in Section 2.1.1 (Revolving Credit Facility).
