RFP Proposal definition

RFP Proposal. The documents and submissions comprising Seller's proposal selected in the Final Award Group in response to the RFP.
RFP Proposal means the proposal submitted in response to the RFP by the Consultant, including all written clarifications subsequently submitted to the City;
RFP Proposal means the response submitted by Developer to the City’s request for proposals, attached in Exhibit B.
