Rights Offering Shares definition

Rights Offering Shares means, collectively, the shares of New Common Stock issued in the Rights Offering.
Rights Offering Shares has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereof.
Rights Offering Shares means the New Common Interests purchased via the exercise of Subscription Rights (including oversubscription rights) pursuant to the Rights Offering Procedures.
