RMR Avoidable Costs definition

RMR Avoidable Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 1.18 of the OATT.
RMR Avoidable Costs means a Noticing Generator’s fixed costs that would be avoided if it were to exit the ISO Administered MarketMarkets in the manner specified in the Generator Deactivation Notice, including but not limited to, mandatory capital expenditures, fixed operating and maintenance costs, and forgone opportunity costs, determined by the ISO in accordance with Section 23.4.5.8[*], but not including variable costs or any other type of cost that is included in the Noticing Generator’s Energy or Ancillary Services reference levels, or that is ordinarily included in Energy or Ancillary Services reference levels.

Examples of RMR Avoidable Costs in a sentence

  • The RMR Avoidable Costs each RMR Generator that is providing service under an APR is authorized to recover are set forth in the table(s) below.

  • Capital Expenditures are purchases, non-operational leases of or modifications to real property and/or assets (including, but not limited to, land, buildings and equipment) that (a) are required for the continued operation of one or more RMR Generator(s) during the term of an RMR Agreement, (b) have a useful life greater than one year, and (c) are not otherwise included in the NYISO’s calculation of RMR Avoidable Costs.

  • If the cost of returning an RMR Generator to service does not exceed the lesser of (a) $250,000, or (b) five (5) percent of annual RMR Avoidable Costs, excluding Capital Expenditures, then Owner shall promptly return the RMR Generator to service without additional recompense, consistent with Section 38.16.1.1 of the OATT.

  • In addition to the expected changes in RMR Avoidable Costs specified below, an RMR Generator’s RMR Avoidable Costs may change due to the need for unexpected extraordinary maintenance or repairs (Additional Expenses) during the Term of this Agreement.

  • The ISO developed the Minimum Availability Standard(s) set forth below for each RMR Generator based on (a) the RMR Generator’s historical performance, (b) any deferred maintenance, repair or capital expenditure costs that are included in RMR Avoidable Costs for an RMR Generator that can reasonably be expected to improve the RMR Generator’s availability, and (c) other factors that are specific to the particular RMR Generator for which the Minimum Availability Standard was developed.

  • During the Term of this Agreement an RMR Generator that is providing service under an APR or an Owner Developed Rate may require additional Capital Expenditures or other RMR Avoidable Costs that could not have been reasonably anticipated, and are not included in or scheduled to be recovered as components of an RMR Generators RMR Avoidable Costs, or its Owner Developed Rate or its Variable Costs (hereafter, “Additional Costs”).

  • RMR Avoidable Costs and Variable Costs are calculated daily and paid on a weekly basis.

  • The RMR Generator-specific rates set forth below identify when each RMR Generator’s RMR Avoidable Costs will change, and the amount of each change, or the expected amount of the change for Capital Expenditures.

Related to RMR Avoidable Costs

  • avoidable costs means those costs which would not be incurred by the Licensee if he did not supply the consumers in question, including (but with due regard to the timing thereof all relevant future outlays affected by the decision to supply; and"terms"means all the terms on which a supply of gas is provided or offered, whether as respects charges, methods of payment or otherwise.

  • Allowable Costs means the costs defined as allowable in 42 CFR, Chapter IV, Part 413, as amended to October 1, 2007, except for the purposes of calculating direct medical education costs, where only the reported costs of the interns and residents are allowed. Further, costs are allowable only to the extent that they relate to patient care; are reasonable, ordinary, and necessary; and are not in excess of what a prudent and cost-conscious buyer would pay for the given service or item.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Reasonable Costs means the reasonable actual costs and expenses incurred by us in carrying out any further Audit under this Contract, including, but not limited to, reasonable travel and subsistence costs;

  • Eligible Costs means the actual costs reasonably incurred by the Recipient:

  • Company Reimbursable Costs means the actual costs and expenses incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with performance of the Company Work or otherwise incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement, and including, without limitation, any such costs that may have been incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with the Company Work or this Agreement prior to the Effective Date. These Company Reimbursable Costs shall include, without limitation, the actual expenses for labor (including, without limitation, internal labor), services, materials, subcontracts, equipment or other expenses incurred in the execution of the Company Work, all applicable overhead, overtime costs, all federal, state and local taxes incurred (including, without limitation, all taxes arising from amounts paid to Company that are deemed to be contributions in aid of construction), all costs of outside experts, consultants, counsel and contractors, all other third-party fees and costs, and all costs of obtaining any required permits, rights, consents, releases, approvals, or authorizations acquired by or on behalf of Company, including, without limitation, the Required Approvals.

  • Allowable Cost means a cost that complies with all legal requirements that apply to a particular federal education program, including statutes, regulations, guidance, applications, and approved grant awards.

  • Ineligible Costs means those costs set out under section E2.1 of Schedule “E” of this Agreement.

  • Unallowable Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.

  • Allowable Expenses means any necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense at least a portion of which is covered under at least one of the Health Benefit Plans covering the person for whom claim is made. When a Health Benefit Plan provides benefits in the form of coverage for services, the reasonable cash value of each service rendered shall be deemed to be both an Allowable Expense and a benefit paid.

  • Controllable Operating Expenses means all Operating Expenses except real property taxes, all forms of insurance, utility expenses, costs of services provided under a union contract, payments under CC&R’s or to an owners’ association and costs associated with repairs due to casualty, vandalism or other source outside of Landlord’s reasonable control.
