Rollover Notice definition

Rollover Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.2.

Rollover Notice has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(e).

Rollover Notice means a notice substantially in the form annexed hereto as Schedule G to be given to the Agent by the Borrower pursuant hereto.

• If the Borrower fails to deliver a Rollover Notice to the Lender as provided in this Section, the Borrower shall be deemed to have given a Conversion Notice to the Lender electing to convert the entire amount of the maturing CDOR Rate Loan into a Canadian Prime Rate Loan.
