Sale and Leaseback Transactions definition

Sale and Leaseback Transactions means with respect to any Person an arrangement with any bank, insurance company or other lender or investor or to which such lender or investor is a party, providing for the leasing by such Person of any asset of such Person which has been or is being sold or transferred by such Person to such lender or investor or to any Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such lender or investor on the security of such asset.
Sale and Leaseback Transactions means an arrangement relating to a Property owned by the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company on the Issue Date or thereafter acquired by the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company whereby the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company transfers such property to a Person and the Company or the Subsidiary of the Company leases it from such Person.
Sale and Leaseback Transactions shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.11.
