Schedule of Loans definition

Schedule of Loans is the schedule of Loans attached as Schedule I (which schedule may be in the form of microfiche).

Schedule of Loans means the Schedule of Initial and Additional Loans attached hereto as Schedule A as supplemented by each Schedule of Subsequent Loans attached to each Subsequent Transfer Agreement as Schedule A.

Schedule of Loans has the meaning specified in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Schedule of Loans

Schedule of Loans means the list of Loans that are being sold by the Loan Seller on the Closing Date attached hereto as Schedule I.

Schedule of Loans means the list of all Loans that are the subject of this transaction appended to this Agreement as Attachment "A" and in addition, if the Buyer purchases Loan Pool NBF-1-07-010, the list of Loans appended to this Agreement as Attachment "A-1."
