Scheduled Expenditures has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofExcess Cash Flow”.
Scheduled Expenditures means, for any Excess Cash Flow Period, except to the extent financed with long term funded Indebtedness (a) the aggregate consideration (including earn-outs) required to be paid in Cash by the Issuer or its Subsidiaries pursuant to binding contracts, letters of intent or purchase orders entered into prior to or during such period relating to Capital Expenditures and/or Investments, in each case, permitted under the Note and/or (b) the aggregate amount otherwise committed to be made in connection with Capital Expenditures and/or Investments, in each case, permitted under the Note.
Scheduled Expenditures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(n).

Qualified expenditures do not include capital expenditures for nonhistoric additions to an historic resource except an addition that is required by state or federal regulations that relate to historic preservation, safety, or accessibility.

  • irregular expenditure means expenditure, other than unauthorised expenditure, incurred in contravention of or that is not in accordance with a requirement of any applicable legislation, including—

  • Emergency Expenditures means any of the eligible expenditures set forth in the CERC Manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and required for the Contingent Emergency Response Part.
