Scheduling Order definition

Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Scheduling Order means an order scheduling a hearing on the Stipulation and approving the form of Notice and method of giving notice, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Scheduling Order

Scheduling Order means the order, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be entered by the Court scheduling the Settlement Fairness Hearing and directing notice be provided to Settlement Class.
