Second Anniversary Date definition

Second Anniversary Date means the date which is two (2) Fiscal Years after the First Closing Date.

Second Anniversary Date means the second anniversary of the Issue Date.

Second Anniversary Date means the second anniversary of the original issuance of the Series B Preferred Stock.
