Second Extended Term definition

Second Extended Term means the period of time commencing from and after (but not including) the First Extended Term until October __, 2017.
Second Extended Term. If $400,000 cumulatively has been paid to Producer during the Initial, First and Second Extended Term, then Distributor may extend the term for another two years (the Third Extended Term).
Second Extended Term. Is defined in Article 45.3 hereof.

  • Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $60,000.00 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term, Extension Term and Second Extended Term.

  • Upon expiration of the Initial Term, Extension Term and Second Extended Term, the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless either party terminates the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term (“Extended Term”).

  • Tenant shall pay Landlord Base Rent for the Term in advance in consecutive monthly installments payable on the first day of each month during the Term, the Extended Term, Second Extended Term and the Third Extended Term, commencing on the Commencement Date, in accordance with the Base Rent Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • With respect to the First Extended Term and Second Extended Term, upon request from Grantee, Owner shall execute, in recordable form, and Grantee may then record, a memorandum evidencing the First Extended Term and Second Extended Term, as applicable; provided that the execution of such memorandum is not necessary for such First Extended Term or Second Extended Term to be effective.

The term "Lease Year" means each twelve (12) month period during the Term commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31, except the first Lease Year of each Lease shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the following December 31, and the last Lease Year shall end on the date of termination of the Lease if a day other than December 31. Landlord may terminate this Lease prior to the expiration of the Term hereof, at any time following the date which is five (5) years from the date hereof, upon written notice to Tenant not less than eighteen (18) months prior to the effective date of such termination.

Second Extended Term as defined in Section 2.2. Securitization Documents shall mean any and all documentation executed and delivered relative to the securitization of the so called contract rights relative to the Securitized Properties, including, without limitation, the Grantor Trust Agreement, the Paying Agent Agreement, the Securitized Notes, the Securitized Mortgages, and the Grantor Trust T-1 Certificate and the Grantor Trust T-2 Certificate, as such have been amended as of the Closing Date. Securitized Mortgages shall mean the Liens on the Securitized Properties which secure the Securitized Notes.
Second Extended Term means the period from January 1, 2010 (the “Second Extended Term Commencement Date’) through the Termination Date. Any capitalized term used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Lease.
