Second Lien Collateral definition

Second Lien Collateral means all “Collateral”, as defined in any Second Lien Document, and any other assets of any Grantor now or at any time hereafter subject to Liens which secure, but only to the extent securing, any Second Lien Obligations.
Second Lien Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any Second Lien Obligations.
Second Lien Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Loan Party, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted as security for any Second Lien Obligations.

Second Lien Collateral means any “Collateral,” “Pledged Collateral” or similar term as defined in any Second Lien Debt Document or any other assets of the Company or any Guarantor with respect to which a Lien is granted, purported to be granted or required to be granted pursuant to a Second Lien Debt Document as security for any Second Lien Obligations and shall include any property or assets subject to replacement Liens or adequate protection Liens in favor of any Second Lien Claimholder.
