Second Option Shares. Means the number of shares in GA shown in the Schedule as due to be issued to the Shareholder on the Second Anniversary of the Stock Purchase Agreement

Second Option Shares shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.

More Definitions of Second Option Shares

Second Option Shares has the meaning specified in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

Second Option Shares means the 21,904 “C” Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each held by the Grantors in the numbers set out in Schedule 1, subject to any changes thereto arising out of the transfer of any First Option Share or Second Option Shares by any Employee Grantor to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx or the transfer of the Second Option Beneficial Shares to the Beneficial Grantor;

Second Option Shares at any given time, the shares in the Target Company held by MTH;

Second Option Shares means all outstanding shares of SVL Minerals or Newco, as applicable, not then held by Silver Dollar, to be acquired by Silver Dollar upon the exercise of the Second Option.

Second Option Shares means those shares held by the Investor in the capital of the Company and/or (in the event that the First Conversion Option has been exercised) the Subsidiary, at the time the Second Conversion Option is exercised; and

Second Option Shares means the beneficial interest in the 158,417 C Ordinary Shares of €0.0001 each in the capital of the Company as is set out in column E of Schedule 1 (together with any other shares, stock or securities relating thereto referred to in clause 8) and, where the First Call Option or First Put Option has not been previously exercised, the First Option Shares;

Second Option Shares means 2,428,600 shares of Series B Preferred Stock and 285,700 shares of Series C Preferred Stock.
