Second Priority Senior Secured Notes Indenture shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Second Priority Senior Secured Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, as co-issuer, Prime Finance Inc., as co-issuer, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto from time to time and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as such document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Second Priority Senior Secured Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, Prime Finance Inc., a Delaware corporation, as co-issuer, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee.

  • Existing Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Notes Indentures and the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes Indentures.
