Secondary Seller definition

Secondary Seller means the Seller whose Bid City selected as a back-up supplier in the event the Primary Seller is unable to provide all the Goods and/or Services required.
Secondary Seller means the Seller whose Bid City Accepts as a back-up seller in the event the Primary Seller is unable to provide all the Supplies and/or Services.
Secondary Seller means a person who is engaged in the business of making available for sale tickets that were originally made available for sale by a primary seller; (“revendeur”)
