Section 125 Plan definition

Section 125 Plan means the flexible spending accounts or flexible benefit plan qualified under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code sponsored by Fountain as described in Section 6.7(b).

Section 125 Plan means a cafeteria or premium-only plan under section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code that allows employees to pay for health coverage premiums with pretax dollars.
