Section 2.06 definition

Section 2.06. Board of Directors shall mean and refer to the Board of Directors of the Association, w hich is the governing body of the Association.

  • The rate set as of June 30 in each year shall be applied from the next date in that year specified in Section 2.06 of this Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 2.06, a Global Note may be transferred, in whole and not in part, only to another nominee of the Depositary or to a successor Depositary or a nominee of such successor Depositary.

  • Base Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Base Rate.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Eurodollar Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Unpaid Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Swing Loan Maturity Date means, with respect to any Swing Loan, the earlier of (i) the last day of the period for such Swing Loan as established by the Swing Line Lender and agreed to by the Borrower, which shall be less than seven (7) Business Days, and (ii) the Revolving Facility Termination Date.

  • ABR Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Alternate Base Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Refunded Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.7(b).

  • Revolving Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.3(b)(iv).

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitments means, collectively, all Revolving Commitments of all Lenders at any time outstanding.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(iii).

  • Existing Revolving Credit Commitments shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a)(ii).

  • Euro-Dollar Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a Euro-Dollar Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan made hereunder with respect to which the interest rate is calculated by reference to Term SOFR (other than a Loan for which clause (c) of the definition of Base Rate is used to determine Base Rate).

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments means the Revolving Credit Commitments of all the Lenders.

  • Existing Revolving Credit Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).

  • Floating Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • Available Commitments shall refer to the aggregate of the Lenders’ Available Commitments hereunder.
