Examples of Section 404 in a sentence
Payments to a Holder of definitive Notes shall be made by electronic transfer of funds not later than the applicable Payment Date to a bank account designated by such Holder; provided, however, that the final payment on any definitive Note shall be made only upon presentation and surrender of the Holder’s definitive Note at the office of the Global Agent or other paying agent, as described in Section 4.04.
An unlimited aggregate principal amount of the Notes may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture (of which U.S.$1,250,000,000 is being issued, authenticated and delivered on the date hereof), including Notes authenticated and delivered upon registration of transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Notes pursuant to Section 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 806, 1008 or 1009 of the Indenture and Section 404 hereof.
