Securities Administrators means collectively the securities commission or comparable authority in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;
Securities Administrators means, collectively, the Canadian Securities Administrators and the U.S. Securities Administrators;
Securities Administrators means, collectively, the SEC and any state securities commission or similar regulatory authority of any state of the United States.
