Security Conditions definition

Security Conditions means, with respect to a proposed Authorised Participant and a

Examples of Security Conditions in a sentence

  • The date upon which Agent determines that the Release of Security Conditions have been satisfied by Borrower.

  • This notice period shall not apply to modifications or new installations made to resolve or prevent pending Emergency or Network Security Conditions.

  • The Collateral Agent shall, at the request of the Company and after the Agent has confirmed to the Collateral Agent that a Positive Security Event has occurred and all Positive Security Conditions are satisfied, execute and deliver such UCC-3 financing statements as may be required to evidence the abatement of any security interest that shall previously have been perfected by means of the filing of financing statements.

More Definitions of Security Conditions

Security Conditions means, with respect to a proposed Authorised Participant and a Metal Agent, to the extent required pursuant to the Metal Agent Agreement to which that Metal Agent is a party, that (a) each Required Security Document with respect to the relevant Authorised Participant Agreement and Metal Agent has been duly executed by the Issuer, (b) notice (duly executed by the Issuer) of each such Required Security Document has been duly given by the Issuer to such proposed Authorised Participant and (c) such proposed Authorised Participant has executed an acknowledgement of such notice in favour of the Metal Agent;
