Seller Entity definition

Seller Entity means the Seller and its respective Affiliates (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries).
Seller Entity or “Seller Entities” means individually or collectively, as the context may require, Seller and any Affiliate of Seller.
Seller Entity means the Parent and the Originators.
