Senior Certificate definition

Senior Certificate. As defined in the Series Supplement.
Senior Certificate. Any one of the Class A Certificates or Class R Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed to the Standard Terms as Exhibit A and Exhibit D, respectively.
Senior Certificate. Any Class A1, Class A2, Class A3, Class A4 or Class A5 Certificate.
