Notice of redemption of the Senior Notes shall be given by first class mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the Holders of record of the Senior Notes to be redeemed at their respective last addresses appearing on the Senior Note Register.
If less than the full aggregate principal amount of any Senior Note is redeemed, the Company shall issue a new Senior Note in the unredeemed aggregate principal amount thereof without charge to the Holder thereof.
