Senior Subordinated Note Documents definition

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing the Senior Subordinated Notes or providing for any guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Notes and the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture and the Senior Subordinated Notes, as each such document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted under Section 6.16.

• The Obligations constitute “Senior Debt” and “Designated Senior Debt” under and as defined in the Senior Subordinated Note Documents.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means and include each of the documents and other agreements entered into (including, without limitation, the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture) relating to the issuance by the Borrower of the Senior Subordinated Notes, as in effect on the Initial Borrowing Date (to the extent thereof) and as the same may be entered into, modified, supplemented or amended from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Senior Subordinated Note Agreement, the Senior Subordinated Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Subordinated Notes or the Senior Subordinated Note Agreement.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the Senior Subordinated Notes and the Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means the documents, instruments and other agreements now or hereafter executed and delivered in connection with the Senior Subordinated Notes, including, without limitation, the Indenture dated as of October 31, 2006 among the Lead Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee or any supplemental indenture.

Senior Subordinated Note Documents means this Note, the Security Agreement, the Stock Pledge Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument delivered to or in favor of Payee or any holder in connection with any of the foregoing (to the extent permitted by the First Lien Credit Agreement).
