Separation Agreements definition

Separation Agreements means the agreements pursuant to which the separation of the Bausch + Lomb Business will be effected as described in the Bausch + Lomb Registration Statement, including but not limited to the Master Separation Agreement and the Transition Services Agreements (as such terms are defined in the Bausch + Lomb Registration Statement).
