Series C definition

Series C or "Series C Equipment Notes" means Equipment Notes issued and designated as "Series C" hereunder, in the Principal Amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Section 2.02 and Schedule I hereto under the heading "Series C."
Series C or "SERIES C EQUIPMENT NOTES" means Equipment Notes issued under the Trust Indenture and designated as "Series C" thereunder, in the Original Amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Trust Indenture under the heading "Series C."
Series C or "Series C Secured Certificates" means Secured Certificates issued and designated as "Series C" hereunder, in the Principal Amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Trust Indenture under the heading "Series C."

  • The corporation’s Articles of Incorporation shall be amended by adding a new Article II-B to provide for the issuance, and to fix the preferences, limitations and relative rights, within the limits provided by applicable law, of 10,000 shares of the corporation’s Mandatorily Convertible Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C (the “Series C Preferred Stock”), all as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Upon any such registration or transfer, a new warrant to purchase Series C Preferred Stock in substantially the form of this Warrant (any such new warrant, a “New Warrant”) evidencing the portion of this Warrant so transferred shall be issued to the transferee, and a New Warrant evidencing the remaining portion of this Warrant not so transferred, if any, shall be issued to the transferring Holder.

Series C means the Corporation’s 6.375% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C.
