Examples of Service Change Procedures in a sentence

  • A reference in this Document or any other part of the DSC to the Costs or Charge Base of or in respect of any activity of the CDSP (including the provision of any Service, and the Service Change Procedures in connection with Service Changes) is to the Costs or Charge Base attributed and/or allocated to that activity in accordance with the Cost Allocation Methodology.

  • The Statement of Planning Principles will cover all activities of the CDSP (including provision of Services including Additional Services, Third Party Services, CSS Services, Service Change Procedures, infrastructure development including DCC Investment).

  • Change Charges are payable by Customers in respect of Service Changes for which the CDSP performs activities under the Service Change Procedures, excluding those activities referred to in paragraph 2.2.5, in the Charging Year ( Chargeable Change Activities) (and for the avoidance of doubt such activities do not include the operation of the DCC Contract Change Procedures).

  • Where a Priority Question arises in relation to any Proposed Service Change(s), the CDSP shall at the request of the Committee propose any resequencing or rescheduling of the operation (in relation to such Proposed Service Change(s)) of the Service Change Procedures which will resolve such Priority Question.

  • The CDSP may at any time seek guidance from the Committee on the operation of the Service Change Procedures in relation to any Change Proposal and (where the CDSP considers it is appropriate) may suspend operation of the Service Change Procedures in relation to such Change Proposal pending such guidance.

  • The Service Change Procedures in paragraph 4.6 shall apply in respect of Modification Service Changes subject to the provisions of this paragraph 4.8.

  • The Committee may, by a Unanimous Vote in a Full Vote, vary in relation to a particular Change Proposal any of the Service Change Procedures in this paragraph 4, at the request of or with the agreement of the CDSP, but subject to paragraphs 4.7 and 4.8.8.

  • The dates and periods (for the operation of the Service Change Procedures in relation to any Change Proposal) which the CDSP provides in any EQR or BER or a Change Management Report represent the CDSP's best estimate at the time given and may be revised from time to time in accordance with this paragraph 4.10.

Related to Service Change Procedures

  • Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.

  • Change Control Procedures Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Participant Direction Procedures means such instructions, guidelines or policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, as shall be established pursuant to Section 4.10 and observed by the Administrator and applied and provided to Participants who have Participant Directed Accounts.

  • Restrictive procedures means the use of physical holding or seclusion of children with disabilities in an emergency. Because the special education director reported the district intends to continue the use of physically holding children with disabilities in an emergency, the district is required to maintain and make publicly accessible a restrictive procedures plan (RPP) for children with disabilities.   • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

An administrative merits determination may be final or be subject to appeal or further review.   • Bidding Procedures means the procedures governing the Auction and sale of all or substantially all of the Debtors’ assets, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.

  • Elective Treatment and Procedures means any medical treatment or surgical procedure that is not medically necessary, including any service, treatment, or supplies that are deemed by the federal, or a state or local government authority, or by Us to be research or experimental or that is not recognized as a generally accepted medical practice.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Dissent Procedures has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
