Service Provider’s Personnel definition

Service Provider’s Personnel all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub-contractors and agents of the Service Provider as are engaged in the performance of any of the Services and including the Key Personnel;

Service Provider’s Personnel the date for commencement of the Services set out in Schedule 1; the equipment and materials of whatsoever nature used by the Service Provider in providing the Services which do not themselves form part of the Services and in which title is not intended to pass to the Authority under the Contract; all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub- contractors and agents of the Service Provider as are engaged in the performance of any of the Services and including the Key Personnel;

Service Provider’s Personnel means all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub- contractors, Authorised Sub-contractors and agents of the Service Provider and including the Temporary Workers;

Examples of Service Provider’s Personnel in a sentence

• Neither the Service Provider or the Service Provider’s Personnel must have any interest or receive any remuneration in connection with the execution of the Services, except as provided for in this Agreement.

• SARS reserves the right to continually monitor and verfiy that the Service Provider’s Personnel have individually taken the SARS Oath / Declaration of Secrecy.

• The Service Provider and the Service Provider’s Personnel shall retain all pre-existing Intellectual Property Rights.

• The Service Provider fully indemnifies SARS and its employees against all and any third party damages, liability claims, Losses or the like which may be occasioned by or as a result of any failure by the Service Provider and/or the Service Provider’s Personnel to comply with this clause 13.

• The Service Provider shall ensure that the Service Provider’s Personnel individually take the SARS Oath / Declaration of Secrecy before commencing with execution of this Agreement, and shall submit the original copies of such Oath / Declaration to the Designated Representative.

More Definitions of Service Provider’s Personnel

Service Provider’s Personnel means any staff, entity, institution or person engaged or employed by or on behalf of the Service Provider to provide the Services;

Service Provider’s Personnel all employees, staff, other workers, agents and consultants of the Service Provider and of any Sub-Contractors who are engaged in the provision of the Services from time to time.

Service Provider’s Personnel. “Service Provider’s Representative” means: (a) all or any part of the services to be provided to, or activities to be undertaken and completed for, the Authority by the Service Provider in Section 4 including any variations to such services and/or activities pursuant to Clause 40; and (b) any responsibilities, services, or functions which may be reasonably regarded as incidental to the Services or activities and which may be reasonably inferred; means all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub-Service Providers and agents of the Service Provider as are engaged in the performance of any of the Services and including the Key Personnel; means the Service Provider’s Representative identified in Schedule 1.

Service Provider’s Personnel means any staff, including Security Officers, employed by or on behalf of the Service Provider or the Service Provider’s subcontractors or joint venture partners dedicated to rendering the Services to SARS;

Service Provider’s Personnel means Service Provider’s directors, officers, employees, vendors, service providers, subcontractors, consultants, contingent workers, representatives, agents, and affiliates.

Service Provider’s Personnel means Key Personnel, as well as personnel assigned by the Service Provider to the provision of the Services and also includes, for the purpose of this Agreement, the Service Provider’s subcontractors and third-party suppliers who may be involved in the execution of this Agreement;

Service Provider’s Personnel means Fielded Personnel, including other members of staff of the Service Provider assigned by the Service Provider to the provision of the Services, and also includes, for the purpose of this Agreement, the Service Provider’s agents and third party suppliers who may be involved in the execution of this Agreement;
