Services Contracts definition

Services Contracts means the services contracts listed in Part 3 of Schedule 1;

Services Contracts means the Broadcasting Agreements, the Concession Agreements, the Advertising Agreements, the Parking Agreements, and any and all material extensions, amendments, modifications, replacements and substitutions for any of the above.

Services Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(c) hereof.

• The period of performance under this Agreement shall commence from the date of execution of the Letter Contract by the Department and shall terminate upon the expiration of the Administrative Term or upon termination by the Department pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the Standard Contract Provisions (Construction Contracts) and Article 8 of the Standard Contract Provisions (Architectural & Engineering Services Contracts).

Services Contracts means the services contracts to be entered into between each Party and Stockport CCG for the provision of the Services;
