Servicing Accounts definition

Servicing Accounts. The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.
Servicing Accounts. The account or accounts maintained by the Subservicer, other than the Subservicer Collection Account, Servicing Fee Account and Ancillary Fee Account, pursuant to the applicable PSA, which may include any escrow accounts, reserve accounts, lock-box accounts and/or cash collateral accounts.
Servicing Accounts means all rights under the Servicing Agreement, including without limitation, all Accounts owing to Grantor and arising for services rendered or to be rendered by it under the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Servicing Accounts in a sentence

  • IFS shall remit all amounts received by it in respect of any Servicing Accounts to the Hospital for application against such Servicing Accounts in the order of priority established pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section VII.

  • In consideration for IFS servicing the Servicing Accounts, the Hospital shall pay IFS the Servicing Account Fee with respect to all amounts collected by IFS relating to the Servicing Accounts, which amount shall be paid by deducting it from the amount paid over to the Hospital pursuant to the previous sentence.

  • The Grantor shall cause to be deposited in the Collateral Deposit Account on each Business Day all proceeds of Servicing Accounts, Sales Receivables and settlement payments from Receivables Account Owners under the Receivables Account Owner Documents and Retained Receivables.

  • Mortgage Servicing Accounts are accounts maintained by a mortgage servicer, in a custodial or other fiduciary capacity, which are composed of payments by mortgagors (borrowers) of principal and interest (P&I).

  • IFS shall service the Servicing Accounts in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in subsection (a) of this Section VII.


More Definitions of Servicing Accounts

Servicing Accounts means accounts of the Hospital which IFS has not purchased under Section II hereof and with respect to which IFS has agreed to act as servicer in accordance with Section VII(f) hereof.
Servicing Accounts. The Escrow/Reserve Account and the Servicing Account, each as established under and defined in the Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Accounts. One or more accounts established and maintained by each of the Property Manager and the Special Servicer relating to those Properties and Leases each such party is obligated to service and administer hereunder pursuant to Section 3.02(g).

Servicing Accounts means Accounts owing to Grantor and arising from services provided by it under the Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Accounts means those Merchant Services Agreements serviced by Borrower on behalf of Certegy Inc. and National Processing Company, but not owned by Borrower, as such agreements may be substituted, increased or decreased from time to time.
