Shallow Utilities definition

Shallow Utilities means those utilities that are operated by third party service providers including, but not limited to telephone, gas, cable and electric;
Shallow Utilities means other companies that have entered into an agreement with the City to allow for the joint use of trenches and/or installation of joint facilities. Street Crossings has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.0. Telecommunication means the telecommunications company providing telecommunication services to the Development.
