Short-Form IP Security Agreements definition

Short-Form IP Security Agreements means short-form patent, trademark or copyright (as the case may be) security agreements, substantially in the forms of Exhibits J, K and L to this Agreement, as applicable, entered into by one (1) or more Obligors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of each Secured Party.
Short-Form IP Security Agreements means short-form copyright, patent or trademark (as the case may be) security agreements, dated as of the Closing Date and substantially in the form of Exhibit C, D and E to the Security Agreement, entered into by one or more Obligors in favor of the Secured Parties, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (and as amended, modified or replaced from time to time).

Short-Form IP Security Agreements means any short‑form copyright, patent or trademark (as the case may be) security agreements, entered into by one or more Obligors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
