Software Service definition

Software Service means the certain access and use rights with respect to web or mobile, offline or other software applications or functionality and/or APIs, and may include related hosting infrastructure services and other services and associated tools, software and Documentation, that Signify (or any of its Affiliates) will provide to Customer (and/or its Authorized Users) as part of the Subscription that Customer has purchased under applicable the Agreement.
Software Service means the cloud-based computerized camera interface and media storage service (known as SecuraMax™) and related Documentation and any updates, corrections, enhancements or subsequent releases or versions thereto made available to END USER by PRO-VISION under this License.
Software Service means the Iron Mountain Hyland Subscription service and associated Documentation specified in the Order Form.

Examples of Software Service in a sentence

  • You may use the Client Software installed on your Devices only in accordance with your agreement with Customer and the terms under this document, and only in connection with the Software Service, provided to you by Customer.

  • Any support for the Software Service is provided to you by Customer or a third party on Customer’s behalf and is not provided by Microsoft, its suppliers, affiliates or subsidiaries.

  • Microsoft disclaims, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties and liability for damages by Microsoft or its suppliers for any damages and remedies whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from the Software Service.

  • The terms of the XXXX will govern any Upgrades and Updates provided by GOSECURE that replace and/or supplement the original Software, Service, Deliverables and/or Hardware, unless such upgrade or update is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern.

  • The Customer may nominate its employees, employees of its Affiliates and/or (subject to clause 6.1) employees of any Collaborator to be Users of the BC Software Service and to have access to the Documents.


More Definitions of Software Service

Software Service means the service delivered via data network or other similar service for the provision of access to and the right to use the Software including tasks related to the training of the Customer’s personnel and the deployment and maintenance of the Software to the extent set out in this Agreement or alternatively agreed in writing. Invoicing Period means the period for which the Customer is entitled to use the Software Service by payment of the amount of the relevant invoice.
Software Service means any software-as-a-service (SaaS) or other Deliverables that involve Seller providing application or software functionality as a hosted solution.
Software Service means the provision of access over the Internet to the functionality of PickNik’s software products and services ordered by Customer, in either case as described in a Software Order.
Software Service means IBI’s proprietary online, standard Web-based WebFOCUS Cloud application service made generally available by IBI on a limited term subscription basis that includes, without limitation IBI’s proprietary technology and intellectual property (whether owned by IBI or licensed to IBI from a third party), including, without limitation, software, API development software, user interface designs, architecture, methodologies, IBI's third parties' content, sample data, documentation, network designs, know-how, and trade secrets, together with any modifications or derivatives of the foregoing.
Software Service means RCT’s service of making available the Software Application for your use.
Software Service means the online software-as-a-service platform, including, but not limited to, the text and email message service, in each case as more specifically detailed in the GuideSpark Products and Software Services Description @ xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/product-description- terms, as may be amended from time to time.
Software Service means the standard on-premises and/or cloud-based Software, licenses thereto and the Product Support that are ordered by Customer as part of Customer's Subscription under the XXXX. The Software Service shall also include applicable Documentation.
