Software Systems definition

Software Systems means the software systems used and procured by one or more Authority to enable the delivery of the Services. “Transfer Date” means the date [ ] on which the contracts of employment of the Relevant Employees are transferred from one Authority to another as agreed between the Authorities.

More Definitions of Software Systems

Software Systems means the software systems used and procured by one or more Authority to enable the delivery of the Services.
