Software Title definition

Software Title means the single software product as approved by Microsoft for use on Xbox 360, including any Title Updates thereto (if and to the extent approved by Microsoft) and all Online Game Features for such Software Title. If Microsoft approves one or more additional single software product(s) proposed by Publisher to run on Xbox 360, this Agreement, and the term “Software Title,” will be broadened automatically to cover the respective new software product(s) as additional Software Title(s) under this Agreement.
Software Title means the single software product as described in the applicable Exhibit A (i.e., Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx X-0, or Exhibit A-n, as the case may be), developed by Licensee, and running on Xbox. A Software Title shall include the improvements and patches thereto (if and to the extent approved by Microsoft), but shall not include any "prequel" or "sequel." If Microsoft approves one or more additional concept(s) for another single software product proposed by Licensee to run on Xbox, pursuant to the procedure set forth in Section 2.1.1 below and the Xbox Guide (as defined in Section 2.1), then upon Microsoft's written approval of such concept, this Agreement, and the term "Software Title," shall be broadened automatically to cover the respective new software product and the parties will prepare, initial and append to this Agreement a new Exhibit A-n for each such additional new software product.
Software Title means each software product that Publisher publishes for Xbox Consoles, in either digital or physical format, including any Title Updates (if and to the extent approved by Microsoft) and all Digital Content for such Software Title.

Examples of Software Title in a sentence

  • Ownership and Copyright of Software Title, copyright, intellectual property rights, and distribution rights of the Software and all copies thereof remain exclusively with Vendor.

  • Upon termination, County shall cease using the Software and shall return to PARADIGM, or, at PARADIGM's option, destroy, the original and all copies of the Software, the Documentation and any other materials provided by PARADIGM, the obligations of County set forth in the paragraphs entitled "Scope of License," and "Software Title and Ownership" shall survive termination.

More Definitions of Software Title

Software Title means each single software product [***] or Concept that EA proposes to publish for use on Xbox 2. A Software Title includes updates thereto and all Online Features. If Microsoft approves one or more additional Concept(s) for other single software product(s) proposed by EA to run on Xbox 2, then this Agreement, and the term “Software Title,” will be broadened automatically to cover the respective new software product(s) as additional Software Titles under this Agreement.
Software Title means the single software product as described in the applicable Concept submission form that Licensee proposes to publish for use on Xbox. If Microsoft approves one or more additional Concept(s) for another single software product proposed by Licensee to run on Xbox, this Agreement, and the term "Software Title," shall be broadened automatically to cover the respective new software product as an additional Software Title under this Agreement.
