Special Stock definition

Special Stock means shares of Series A Junior Participating Special Stock, no par value, of the Company, and, to the extent that there are not a sufficient number of shares of Series A Junior Participating Special Stock authorized to permit the full exercise of the Rights, any other series of special stock, no par value, of the Company designated for such purpose containing terms substantially similar to the terms of the Series A Junior Participating Special Stock.
Special Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Special Stock means the Non-Voting Junior Convertible Pay-in-Kind Special Stock, Series E, par value $.10 per share, of the Issuer as the same exists at the date of execution and delivery of this Indenture or as such stock may be reconstituted from time to time.

More Definitions of Special Stock

Special Stock means Class A and Class B special stock of Ittella Parent, each par value $0.001 per share. “Sponsor” means Forum Investors II LLC.
