Tax Contest: an audit, claim, dispute, controversy, hearing, or administrative, judicial, or other proceeding relating to Taxes or Tax Returns. Tax Return: all returns, certifications, forms, reports or other information required to be supplied to any Taxing Authority relating to Taxes including any attachments thereto.
