Specified Date definition

Specified Date means any Redemption Date, any Payment Date for an Offer to Purchase or any date on which the Notes first become due and payable after an Event of Default.
Specified Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.19(c).
Specified Date means, in respect of a Redeemable Preference Share, the date (if any) specified in the Issue Resolution before which that Redeemable Preference Share may not be redeemed by the Holder.
