The Train Operator has Firm Rights to make Ancillary Movements of Specified Equipment to the extent necessary or reasonably required to give full effect to the other Firm Rights of the Train Operator, including: movements for the purpose of maintenance of rolling stock to and from maintenance depots; movements for driver training purposes; and empty stock movements.
