Specified Vendors definition

Specified Vendors has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.25(b) of Schedule D;
Specified Vendors means the Borrower’s critical vendors (as such term is customarily used).
Specified Vendors has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).
